BBCo is very of aware of how important your home is to you. For most of us, it is the biggest investment we will make in our lives. As such, we believe in doing as much due diligence up front so as to minimize any gotchas throught the renovation process. Depending on the scale and scope of your remodel, there are a number of things to contemplate before making the commitment to gettr done - here are a few.

• Thoughts before you move forward with your remodel project
• Are you thinking of an addition or updating existing space? If the former, there will likely be engineering required.
• Are you able / willing to vacate the remodel space for the duration of the project? Possibly moving out for a time?
• Do you have the eye for the renovation or do you need an expert to help with the design?
